HG always rings 12(that is 60s) and then goes back to AA.
I set a hg 279 with 4 extensions for emergincy call. Mode is broadcast. Q time=180s. Overflow to hg 280 with 24 extensions. Customer wants call is answered by personal until some one pick up and never goes to anywhere.
Any help will be appreciate in advance.

For HG to work properly you must
a) Remove all HG line appearances from the phones in the group.
b) To avoid issues with CFNA, CFB, Transfer Recall and DRT timers lines being answered in a hunt group must associated with the hunt group.
Your problem has all the symptoms of a DRT Prime to voice mail taking control.

First of all thanks for reply.
I have remove all extension except Etx.230 from HG 279. And Remove all the lines from Ext.230. CFNA and CFB set to none for Ext.230. It still Return to AA. I find out that HG ring time is controled by Transfer Recall. If I change Transfer Recall time to 4 rings, AA will be appear after 4 rings.
What program I can control HG CFNA. System Transfer Recall seems override HG Overfolow. System is CICS v7.1 and CP100 v3.1

ChatChat What you are trying to do can be accomplished fairly quickly by an experienced tech. For the benefit of your customer and yourself I would suggest you connect up with a Nortel tech and let them remote into the system.
