I have installed a new ICS compact with a callpilot. All is working well and the customer is using the business open / closed option on the call pilot with a message for afterhours. They are manually turning it on and off, I would like to put it on a schedual ie. Mon - fri 9 to 5 sat 9 - 12 is when the business is open. What is the easiest way to do this?

CP: Go to AA/Table and define what the hours are for morning, afternoon etc is....it's past where you tell what greeting plays when.
KSU: Go to Service Modes and setup your mode to Automatic and define times.

here may be the issue, during the day they do not want a message they want the calls to be answered by any of the extensions.
