First, I have a BCM400 on PRI service. I am showing a call to ourselves for 1000 minutes in the BCM Monitor. Line 77 from ext 235 was used to call back into itself on Line 61. When the call disconnected, the lines never dropped. How do I kill this call without having to reboot or unplug the T1 line.
The problem call seems to have happened when someone used a SoundStation conference phone and called back into itself on the DID. When they hung up lines still stayed connected. I have duplicated the issue again so now I have 4 lines tied up. Why wouldn't the SoundStation release the lines?
I have called my own DID numberous times just to check things like my VM pickup and forwarding, etc. and I have never had an issue with the lines holding on. Just this phone.

You've given a conference phone it's own in bound DID?
Check to see which channels are hung and disable/re-enable them to clear.

Thanks. I will give that a shot. <<You've given a conference phone it's own in bound DID?>> That's what the big wigs wanted and I aim to please. I am sure I will be taking it off the first time they have a board meeting and someone calls about thier extended warrantee on their car.....
