trying to find a timer, when a user accesses a line starts to dial a number pauses for 4 seconds, getting message from providor "didn't reconize your number please hang up and try your call again" I have looked all thru database and can't find the desired timer. Thanks

There is no such thing. The message is from the carrier. They decide how long to wait between digits before cancelling the call not the other way around.
