You would need to remove all ringing from all phones and create different ringing services for different times of day.
You would then never use "normal" ringing. The system would be in one ringing servce or another 24hrs a day. They can be automated to switch automatically or use a button on the reception phone.
ie DAY SERVICE, LUNCH, EVENING, NIGHT each ringing service would have it's own group of DN's/lines that ring on outside calls.
