ICS with a PRI for incoming calls, occasionally on an incoming call we will hear a loud tone for 4-5 seconds then the call will be ok. While hearing the tone we can hear the caller faintly in the background. The problem only occurs randomly, we have had the telephone company out and they found no problems, and we have not found a was to recreated the problem. Anyone have any ideas??

I would check your PRI error log in "Maintenance" to see if your getting some kind of collision errors etc. Also check to make sure that your PRI clock settings are "Slave" to the LEC.

In the event log we are getting EVT 656-006A0741 EVT 310-37017555
I found a description of the 310 event but I can not find anything about the 656 Event, any ideas.

I've got a question for you. Where did you find Evt 310? I can't find that in install books under any MICS.
