CS1000E with 2 PRI's in the same route, with 200 DID's pointed at them. Multiple entities use these trunks and DID's, but one of the entities wants info on hold instead of the plain music being provided. It would not be appropriate for the other entities to hear the info on hold (or have their callers hear it).
What are my options?
Are there any external solutions that could help in this situation?

I am not very familiar with CS1000 but my guess is that you have to have Tenants option to be able to use different MOH sources.

Its not possible for the two trunks in the same route to have different MOH treatment.
