I have a CICS with a Flashtalk. During the day all calls go directly to the general delivery mailbox. In night mode the calls go to the auto-attendant. I need to get all the day calls to go to the attendant and not the general delivery mailbox. Any help is greatly appreciated

You really need to give more info. But I will assume some things.

DAY - Goes right to GEN DEL.
Assume: phone is forwarded to GD. Remove forward.
NIGHT - Goes to Auto Attendant.
Assume: You press a night button. Remove night button.

Then set up your Auto Attendant to pick up on 0 rings day & night. (2 rings if you need caller ID)
