Ok thank I did read wrong, but what is the technical name for your service?but just to verify make sure its Local Link and not a normal business line. Sounds like you just have 3 party. https://www.bell.ca/shop/en_CA_ON/Sme.Sol.Telephony.Local.Link.page

I have a Bell Enhanced business line. https://www.bell.ca/shop/en_CA_ON/Sme.Sol.Telephony.VOIPstandard.page I was told that I have Call transfer/3 way calling as well as just about everything else. I will switch the line to the Local link you sent me the link for before I switch service providers. Ill will post back later with an update. Thanks for all the help.
