Hi guys, I wanted to see if you could help me out. We just installed a BCM 400 Release 3.5 with a costumer, he already had the M7000 series phones in a CICS working fine, now when we used this phones in the BCM the sound is terrible. Has anybody had this problem? Most phones are releases 14 or 15 and Nortel needs phones to be at least release 16
I was wondering if there could be a problem with A-law and Mu-las because in the USA you use Mu-Law and in Mexico we use A-Law. I had never had this problem but I am runnign out of ideas.
ANything you tell me would be very welcomed!
