Hi All,
Is the Speech Recognition feature for the NAM activated by keycodes? I know it requires an MS-PEC card, but are any keycodes required as well? Currently, the option is greyed out in NVM Manager.
NAM is 4.1, 16 channels; currently has 1 MS-PEC card. Do I need another card as well?

The Speech Recognition
Automated Attendant option must be
installed on the Norstar Voice Mail system
before this feature can be accessed.
You also must have Norstar Voice Mail Manager client software. No Keycode is needed.
