Have a BCM 450 installed at a remote site in the mountains. Various trailers and buildings tied together via fiber or wireless links. Circuits are even satellite feeds. No copper at site anywhere. The have a medic that wants some mobility.

Was thinking something like an engenuis cordless with external antenna, but have not had any luck with any analog-voip convertors. The building the BCM is located it, is a long wase(2km) from where the medics office is.

Other thought was maybe run a T1 over the radio link and push the circuits over that, but have never tried this before. Anyone have any suggestions?

The 6140 or were you thinking something else? Have you installed one of these 6140s?

How about MCK extenders? Pricey, but they work.
