 When I upgrade a customer from MICS5 to MICS7 with the MICS 7 upgrade tool, does the system ID stay the same? Will the PRI keycode remain? Also does Sundance sell the upgrade tools for both XC and na type ICS's?

The upgrade tool should maintain the SYSID.
Contact Sundance to see if Tom has one.
NAM 4.1 will work with versions of MICS.
