I have a norstar CICS with Flash VM rel 02. The property had a power outage for a few hours and now the feature codes will not work. F9*1 shows only one feature active F983 Sys Admin. I tried doing a F903 to initialize, but it gives me an inactive feature.

Do F983, if it states "password" then you lost all programming.
You will need to then enter password and re-program.

I've had more than twice lost Flash VM due to power issues. Once a power saw got plugged in with the Flash power supply. System got scrambled like eggs well done. Flash systems should be on a UPS, as well as all electronic systems.
