B Cannon Member Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 56 Temple City, CA	I have a customer who went in to her call pilot 100 on her laptop and PLAYED around. She called me wanting some voice mail changes and I told her to go and make them herself. She said she can't get in now and is getting an error message saying that it doesn't recognize the IP address. I went out and tired everything that I know and I can't get in either. It looks like she must have changed the IP address to something eles. She swears she did not chage it but I can't get in, and I was in it a couple of weeks ago. Is there a fix for this?

Is there a way to get what the key codes are from the system prior to a re-initialization? The customer does not have the key codes.
