I have an MICS working with a FastRad. I have copied the database .MDB file to my laptop. Is it possible to have the database copied to a workbook format to document the sysem ?
I see a select workbook in the customer details, but don't know how to use it....

It is, but you have to build the correct system map and have the hardward correct before you begain the copy. Depending on the size of your system, if you do a complete system workbook download, you could be looking at hours to get that done. I've done workbook downloads three times. Handy to have if the system goes dumb and is not written down.
