Anybody know how to pick up a ringing call on a 3903 set without pressing key 00? This is on an option 61C 3.0sw

Kinda confused about what you are asking...Are you asking can you do a call pickup on another ringing set from a 3903 or are you asking can you pick up the handset and answer the call ringing on that particular set? If it is the latter do you have IRA under class of service for that set?

It would be the latter.IRA is set under CLS.

breen, the fix was to change ola to old in cls
