I have Norstar Startalk installed with Autoattend. When someone calls the phone number and they hang up when they hear autoattender (Startalk), the phone still gets transferred to the operator. When the operator picks up the phone because it rings him they get a message saying "if you like to make a call please hang up and try your call again". Interesting part is that this does not happen to Line1, but only happens to Line2 and Line3. I have total 3 lines. How do I program the startalk to release the line if someone hangs in the middle of the autoattend message?

Make sure that your Telco has disconnect supervision on the 2 lines that wont disconnect.

Also make sure that the lines are configured in the Norstar for Supervision. It sounds like someone programmed line 1 for suprv but forgot to do it on lines 2 & 3.
