Cell phones can be tricky or "iffy" at best. Not all cell phones produce the proper tones for the system to recognize.

I had one in my office that did that to my cell phone. I could hit ** 6,8 even 12 times and maybe it would work and maybe not.

FIX: Put in a Call Pilot.

The DTMF setting can be changed from the 40ms default in the startalks and the flash.

It's a timing issue with the DTMF timer. Cell phones do not produce a long enough DTMF signal.

Is this possible for the CallPilot 100?
The web interface says:
Voice Mail Version: 31.10.14.22

If it's possible, how?
I've got a bunch of users that cannot login to VM.

Try pressing and holding the * key for about a second. I've had this issue with cell phones many times. I've found work around in all cases with CP100/150. Also try just one long 3 second press of the *. It is an issue with your cell service. Doesn't happen on land lines, does it?
I've found the LG cell phones work well, where as Mot, and Nik don't.

A lot of cell phones emit echo; especially with cp 100/150, lots of 223 or 224 go to 222; depends on sectors and CO quality.

Yes, I'm a frenchie; have a problem with that?? Well, I do!!
