Hello-
I swapped out a customers *spare* DR5 616 cpu, replacing same & retaining the r2.
All stations are M7310.
Now all stations have no handsfree/mute.
The bottom 3 buttons on the right are:
-Voicecall
-Intercom
-Intercom
No Handsfree/mute is found under F*0
How do I change the bottom button back to Handsfree/mute?
I know it must be simple, but haven't found that feature yet

Thank you very much for any help.

There doesn't seem to be a category CAPABILITIES for the M7310 under this R2
system version 30DBG04

I need to assign HandsFree/mute to button on bottom right.

Bottom right last 3 buttons currently show:
-VoiceCall
-21 set 21 P101
-21 set 21 P101

Please advise if you can

TIA for help-

I found the path:
xxxxxxxx
Gen Admin
Permissions
Show Set - 21
Full HandsFree - Change - Y
[adds Handsfree to bottom right button]
then Set Copy for each ext.

Hope this helps someone else

Thanks

Now F*0 shows the bottom right button to be Handsfree/Mute

One small detail remains:

Pressing the Handsfree button does not open a dialtone, to make a call, the user must press a line button, & dial the number. When that call is answered, the caller cannot be heard until after he presses the Handsfree button.

Not perfect, but getting closer

TIA for help-

I have defaulted the system to square
I have assigned Handsfree to all sets
I have assigned all lines to all sets

Now I need for the Handsfree button to open dialtone for any available line when pressed at any set.

How do I make the Handsfree button select available line?

Tia for help
