we are having a terrible time trying to reset our voicemail password. Employee left company so we used the defaulted password XXXX and went through the steps but once we got to the finish, the system showed us a "no space" and did not accept the change. What can we do? :bang:

T7208 is a phone, not voicemail. You can't reset the password with a T7208 to begin with, you need a 7310, 7316, or 7324.
What type of VM is it, Flash, StarTalk, Call Pilot or Nam?
