ITphoneGuy: All the above almost sounds like you are in the PHONE Admin and turned on the AA there. You do not want that !!!!!!!

Then your second post sounds like you are in the proper area.
Again check the AA menu prompt under the Table.

Best thing to do is call in a qualified Nortel Tech and ask for some Admin training.....after he fixes your problem.

Actually, I just realiezed the same thing that you just pointed out. That the phone system is a seperate and different system than the Voice Mail, as far as adminstration.
Now that I know to use the phone system, I should be doing better.
Okay, so can anybody let me know where the PRINT function outputs to?
Can I hook up a printer somehow?

And can anybody recommend a good tech or company?
