JUST cut over, a Pre-Programmed MICS,
Hung the Refurb KSU, plugged in all the Fiber Cables....PERFECT.

All Names, Target Lines, Mailboxes....PERFECT.

Well, still figuring out Dial 9, right now Dial 8
access PRI-A
And no Second Dial Tone, they want that.....I am searching this site and see things I could check.

BUT YOU START TO DOUBT YOURSELF!!!!!1

ALL morning, the span is up and down on its own.
When down, top Orange Light on DTI card is on.

Alarm 75 at 8:26 AM, before they opened

Alarm 42-0 at 9:26 and several times since then

Obviously All calls drop, no free lines no in or outbound. Phone system working correctly.
Site is 45 miles away in Los Angeles traffic.

I'm heading up there tomorrow, hate to make a special trip. Telepacific, the provider, still considers this an install for 5 days, then the client calls 611.

We have a call into them.
WHAT can I check to be sure it is them??

When you say a "pre programmed" Mics, what do you mean? What is the programming for your PRI card? Are you sure between you and the Telco, your settings a right? N81, DMS100 or whatever it is set to. Has the Telco tested the line? Do you have a loopback connector to plug in and test the PRI at there equipment?


Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol
