Has any one had this problem , MOH with two line telephones, First line has call waiting and does not hunt to second line. MOH works with the call on hold, but if we try to take second call we can not put the call on hold and go back to first call. Infotel is the device that we are using to MOH. They claim that this should work ok? any ideas. We are using GE two line tel set

The switch hook flash to get your second call puts the call on hold in the Telco CO not your MOH device. If that's what you're talking about. Make sure your MOH device isn't responding to the switch hook flash.

First, are you using a hookflash to put the call on hold or to go back to the first call or are you using the Infotel hold feature? (Assuming it has one.)

Since calling waiting also works on a switch hook flash, I see no way to make this work properly. Possibly a single SH flash for your call waiting and a double for your in house MOH? Better yet, as stated, a real system.
