I recently installed a Norstar ICS modular 7.1. The customer is now complaining that when holding a conversation on speakerphone if another call comes in, the ringing interrupts the conversation. This happens only when using the speakerphone. The one unique thing about this system is that in uses a PRI over a T1 into a DTI card, if that has any bearing. Any thoughts?

FWD on busy to voicemail also works.... but then you would only get one call at a time...
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Are these outside calls coming in, or internal? Most conference phones I've setup don't ring in on lines. They would go through an attendant to get into the conference. Conference bridging equipment does this trick well, and allows callers into the conference without help.
