This should be a simple answer. In the Flash is there anywhere to change the dial by name instruction recording. It currently say "enter the person's last name." However, once you pass 3 digits the voicemail drops out of the menu. The customer wants it say " Enter the first 3 letters of the persons last name. I cannot find anywhere that this recording can be changed.

There is no way to change it.
