1: can't get the DTI card in mod 8, slot 1 to work; I already have two cards in cabinet

2: I have to network two MICS in same room; crossover is blue and green as opposed to orange and green in data, correct?

3: which config should I use: IP or T1?

Yes, I'm a frenchie; have a problem with that?? Well, I do!!

Sorry - have not done networking on a MICS.

But on your cross-over cable, T1 uses 1,2,4,5.
I believe that equates to orange & Blue.

Someone can correct me if its wrong.

Depends if you use plan A or B, but confirms what I thought; thanks.

I think you need to be at 6.1 in order to utilize TM for a DTI card. However if i were you i would place the DTI in the main cabinet and move the DS card to the TM.

I think you have to have the "AAAA" version of DTI card, if your going to put it in a trunk mod. I could be wrong.

PTS you are a life saver; luckily, one of the two cards in the cabinet was AAAA; just switched and up it went!!

Now, all I have to do is try to make it work...

Actually version 6.0 is the first version that you can put the DTI outboard. But I think that version may have problems with DTI. Use 6.1

You don't have any other cards in Module 8 do you?
DTI has to be the only card.

As PTS said, any DTI can be in the Core but specific version only can be in the outboard module.
