I have a BCM50(v2.0) on a private network with 2 other bcm50's(v6.0) and a bcm400(v4.0).

The bcm50(v2.0) is having issues with calls disconnecting after 30-40+ minutes, I have not been able to reproduce the problem, but they insist it exists and happens often.

Now, this location all calls route out over the IP Trunks and out through the Bcm400's PRI. They say the problem exists both on outside calls and site to site calls. So to me that points to some issue with the IP Trunks.

This site and the BCM400 have been up and running for a couple of years, they are saying the problem has existed for some time, but perhaps is becoming more regular that they are now complaining about it.

Any suggestions?

I suppose you could turn on "Release Reasons" in system programming and see if the calls are being disconnected because of Normal Clearing or if it's some other cause.
