I pray there is a way to do this? I installed a CP100 3.1 onto a CICS 7.1. My lines all have Link (Flash) feature where I can Link calls (or 3-Way Conference) on the same Line to another number and disconnect the line once connected. This is OK when done manualy using Feature 71. In my CCR menu, I have a Transfer Feature to another Store. So Press 3 for the North End Location. I seem to only be able to Conference a second line in order to do this using 2 Lines until the call hangs up. Is there any way to program a Link (Flash) instead of Pool?

You can do a link transfer by adding a # before your outdial number
#xxxxxxx
xxxxxxx is the phone number dialed

I did #XXXXXXX on my CP100 to to my cell as a test. It does the Flash but dials back the office number and not my cell?

Failed transfer so rings back.

Allow pool anyway and also #XXX-XXX-XXXX (or try #XXX-XXX-XXXX#) or even #PauseXXX-XXX-XXXX
Make sure all lines have that feature on the line.

Sit tight guys. I think it maybe a problem using Cableco Digital Lines. The #(Pause)XXX-XXX-XXXX does Link to the specified number but only when I call it from a phone that has number block. When I call in from a phone that shows Call ID, it rings back to the office. My customer has Telco lines and I will see what happens there. I'll keep you posted. Thanks all for the input.
