OK, here's the mess, I need second opinions from guys with experience.
I know from experience (and that Nortel it's not what is in the book, but what is NOT) that the SMDR6 doesn't take notice of internal calls from station to station.
Now, my stupid boss sold a costly accounting software, based on the premise of that company's rep that Yeah, it does compile internal calls...
Now, I'm on a Mics 4.0, not that it makes much difference is my guess... of course, I was told that it was the argument that closed the sale, AFTER I activated the license, and not consulted before...
So please, confirm this! thanks

I can confirm - I have never seen an internal call in the SMDR data on a Norstar or BCM.
