We have a Nortel phone system with a Meridian NT5B05 box. We are unsure as to how to connect the MOH box to this jack. Any help appreciated!!

My manual (DR5.1) says pair 25, the violet slate pair. It is unbalanced, one side is ground. Again according to the manual, the slate voilet conductor is ground. Once you get it connected you will have to enable MOH in programming, under Call Handling. You can also allow the music to be heard at each set while not on a call, look for background music under Miscellaneous

You'll need Installer access to programming. If you don't have it, or unsure what to do, call in someone. Always nice to have a tech that knows you when you REALLY need him in the future (for faster response time). Besides it shouldn't cost much for this.
