I have a new BCM that the voicemail has stopped working a couple of times. I see references for 3.0, to reboot and patch, but has anyone seen where the services in the call pilot stop and in the alarms....
see Alarm 11502 critical alarm platform status monitor - system out of memory.....
Alarm 10122 service manager has stopped unexpectedly
Two girls later and I'm back.....lol...been gone a while but see same faces still here. Lol

Has anyone tried Westcon's technical support? I was thinking about calling them? As we buy our product through them...

Tried them once and gave up
The tech support appears to be a tech if he decides to call back
Release 5 seems to have some bugs

Aren't there any patches for the 5.0 yet?

There are patches, the zip file reads corrupt from the nortel website(For the applications.) Have a call into about it and have not heard back. I have installed the first system patches, but not these application ones yet.
Wasnt the tires the roads out our way were INSANE... Roads still closed till 6:30 tonight clearling 3-4 feet of snow. The 567 before Airdrie is still almost unpassable, and the #2 was closed half the day... 40Kms an hour, in 4x4 hydroplaned straight into the ditch....errr...

Wow - sounds ugly! The temp never got below freezing down here, so there wasn't any ice. Just alot of slush...
