We have a CS1000 on rls.5.0w that the voip sets will only add on conf something like 1 out of 3 times.It's sort of like old flash timing issue but IP
any help would be appreciated

Am not able to understand what you are trying to say.
What am trying to understand is as per the post you are trying to join the conference it fails randomly?
Can you explain briefly whats happening when you trying to join the conference?What is the error message you get?
