Try to dial out not on the Spk. mode. Any noisy environment may create dialing problems because of highly sensitive Mic.

Are there any other type of complaints? Echo?? Had a Pri with hot levels caused digits to "stutter" when transmitted to the other end. Do your logs show multiples of the same number (I.E. 3311000..) or are they just random?

here goes an example of one of the calls they got the wrong number then hit redial this is what we are getting on the switch side i'm trying to tracking down the bcm logs to see what they say. as you can see it's almost like someone played scrable with the original number on the first call.

Entirely different phone switch??? Do you mean you moved it off the BCM and got the same results? It is not the BCM then is it? Or am I miss-reading your post?

The only I can see that you Routing setings or your Provider's Routers stripping 3 digits and feel out total digits with 0s. Check out your Dest. code settings but looks to me it is an external Router.

Sorry los415: Didn't read your post correctly.
What version of BCM 400 do you have? Have you patched it up to date? Have you replaced anything yet? DTM unit
