I have the CP 100 connected to my laptop via the rs232. It starts booting then keeps cycling through the same routine over and over again. Any suggestions before I tell the customer they need a new one?

Make sure the software is on the buttom slot. Otherwise replace it.

 to the board Which power supply are you using...the original or a newer version? The original causes all kinds of problems.
