I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have a MICS R7.1 (refurb system just installed), and I am unable to get the message lamps to work on the ASM/MW modules. We can generate stutter dial tone, but not MW. The MW lamp on the analog phone does flash on ringing.

check your part number on the ASM. I believe you can order them with or w/o msg waiting notification.....

NTBB51CB-93 will light the lamp or give stutter DT. The 51CA-93 will only give stutter and won't light the lamp.

go to capabilties for the extentionyou want to have a message lite. scroll down to ata settings and select lite. Hope this helps
