MICS with CP100 Scenario: Receptionist (221) is not always there to answer calls. When she is gone, she forwards her phone to another extension. If THAT person is not there, it eventually drops the caller into the GD. Question: Is there any way for that call to return to the AA, so the incoming caller can choose another extension? Is there a way to do this with a hunt group? Thank you!
