I Have a call pltot 150 running 31.10.35.22 with enhanced call center. The call center works great and I loade the Reporting for call center but I can't get it to get reports from the Call center. Has any one else had this problem. I have checked the messageboards but the few cases I have seen don't seem to have a resolution. Would appreciate any help Thanks
