Customer's Norstar 824 DS died. for some reason I cannot ascertain. Just kept flashing as if it was trying to reboot. I had an MICS Rel 1.0 (yes it's old)with me so I swapped it out and it works just fine. However, The Startalk VM (don't know the release yet) is not working. I checked the VM ports and it's the same as the 824-on DN ports 244 and 245. I'll check the ports tomorrow am, but-
Is the Led supposed to stay red on Startalk?
