I have a customer who can only do a vm transfer from their main receptionist phone port 101 and from an M7208 but from any 7316E extension they cannot, whether it is by pressing feature and 986 or pressing the pre-programmed feature button.
If I press the button or dial it manually without a call on the line it does come up and say "No party to Connect".

Any ideas?
