Hi All. I was working for a medium sized company and we did some downsizing... We had a bcm50 with 2 expansion cabinets, 12 lines and 16 extensions (201-216). We just moved and now we only have 4 employees, so we only need 4 extensions (204,205,206,207). My question is if I am only using the main bcm50 box, how do I tell the extensions to be called 204-207? The wires are connected to the pairs that would make them 232-231-230-229... where do I go in the element manager to tell it that I want those to be 204-207, not 229-232?
And one more question, how do I get all extensions to ring when there is an incoming call?
In your answer, please remember I am new, so "speak" slow :-) Thank you!!!!

so, under the BCM Element Manager POrogram, do I go to ---sets, then All DNs, and just change the 232 to a 204 let say if I want the 232 to become 204? Is ti that simple? Sorry for being a newbie, it's my first go at this... thanks!
