I'm curious if there's a way to check a call pilot for licensing if it's not connected to a Norstar System? I know you can connect to the serial port and watch it try to boot and give IP address etc, but I tried logging in with the default it shows on the serial port but no success. Of course the IP address even when matched with a comparable IP address on your computer will respond to a ping, but the unit is not up to talking to you to confirm licensing. Anyone know how to get the info out of the serial port or is it not possible unless you've got the unit up on a Norstar system? Thanks to any/all!

I am pretty sure that it does not do much unless connected to the Norstar.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

It needs the phone system for it to boot up all the way.
