When I set up a phone to Call Forward Externally from the unit it works perfectly unless you dial that extension from the Auto Attendant. I can call the DID of the phone or have someone else answer and Transfer me to the phone and it will forward with no issues. I can set up a CCR Tree in the Call Pilot to call out and that works also, but if I call in and let AA answer and I dial the extension of the phone it will drop the call. I have contacted my carrier to place a trap on a working and a non-working call and they said that on the non-working call the unit was sending a Facility Message and the working call was not. Does anyone have any idea of where I should look?

Make sure you are using routing for External Forwarding if this is T1. If you are using regular POTS has to be Line A & R on the phone in order to forward externaly. T1 channel to channel Conference has to be Enabled in T1 setup in order to provide that feature. By the way increase number of channels in the VM. By default it is only 1. I had onece that problems.

It is using a PRI, if you call someone in the sytem and they Transfer to the phone it works perfect. But if you just dial the extension from AA it starts to send the call and then drops.

I think you have to talk with T1 provider. Let them check Ch to Ch Conference on their T1.
