I have a new customer with BCM3.0 and unified messaging. I set up a new user for UM and everything is fine. Except when a email/voice message is viewed on pc it is still showing new messages on the phone. I cant find any settings that would affect this. I haven't checked MY Call Pilot yet don't know if it has any options for that. THanks, Jon

I believe that is the way it is supposed to work, stay as a new msg on phone until deleted at the phone.
