1. What are steps for the receptions to transfer calls using voice announce?
2. How can users make ICM voice announce calls without dialing feature 66?
3. Is there any way to stop the phone from ringing when the phone is off hook?
(Ex. 1st call is a x-fer call and handset is used, 2nd call is a DID and “rings†over the speaker)
Phone system has the latest patches and all phones are T7316E.

1) "Transfer", Ext # (Do NOT Release) Announce
2) Can't be done. That's the whole purpose of F66
3) CFB to VM

2. Second ICM button is a Voice by default. If you chose 2nd ICM and dial Ext. it will come up over speaker without ringing.
