Hi All. Thanks in advance for your help with this:
I have the bcm50 version 3.0 with the auto attendant enabled 24 hours a day after 4 rings.
From 9am - 6pm M-F it is one greeting. On M-F 6pm-9am and all day sat and sun it is an after hours greeting (2nd greeting).
My question is: Is there any way to automatically program the system to answer after 0 or 1 ring for the after hours greeting? Or is it allways 4 or always 1?

Set up ringing service to the Voice mail DN Program a key on main set for ringing services and have them press it when they leave and again when they come back you can also set the ringing service to auto and program the timers, but I find maual works just as well make sure the voice mail dn is the only one in the ring group
