Has anyone ran into this problem before?
Customers email to me: "Hello there. Our upstairs receptionist's phone set will not display the Open Gate button. She said it disappeared two days ago. I looked at her extension, 5524, and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. She is in the hunt group. Is there an area in the Element Manager to set this button?
Her COS is the same as it's always been and the problem follows her extension number. We added a new extension and it works fine. Very strange. But she can open the gate by pressing 6 on her phone."
I haven't been onsite yet but wanted to run this by you guys before I head up there.
