We have the Polycomm SoundStation2 (no lcd) on our BCM400. It can be a little cumbersome for the users to make a conference call.

Is there a better option for conference calling that might be easier to see who is on the call and still be clear.

Cumbersome because its once manufacturer trying to work with another.
Polycom is one of the best but to use the features of any phone system you must use the phone systems method of doing so.

Polycom® SoundStation2™ Direct Connect for Norstar (not Nortel or Meridian) might still be available and work on BCM.

Not sure what you mean, show indicators for mutliple people in the conference? I think impossible.

The SoundStation wireless is great.
You can take to any office in range, plop it down and use it.

SS2 direct connect did look OK.

What I mean by seeing who is on the call is just to see a call on Line 1 or Line 2. The SS have we have has no LCD and the method of Feature 3 to join the call is different than the way they do it on their desks because of the lack of display and line buttons.

You dont need a display to add callers.
The one I listed does not show other calls, not sure of any one that does.
