We have the BCM 400 using T1 service. We have a main number xxx-xxx-1000 and all users have a DID xxx-xxx-16xx
Last week a a couple of users complained that they could not make an outside call so I made a couple of calls back to the main number xxx-xxx-1000. All of a suddend after a couple of "Sorry, but we cannot complete your call messages", the outbound calls started working again.
Now I am looking in the BCM Monitor and it appears one of those calls from my extension looping back to the main number did not disconnect. I see in BCM Monitor
Line = 61 - Line061 Direction = Incoming Start Time = Oct 19 13:48 User = L77 - ? State = Connected Duration = 143:35:00 (and counting) Number and Name = xxxxxx1000 - MYCOMPANYNAME DNIS:1647
How can I disconnect this call without rebooting the phone system?

You sure its a T1 and not copper lines? Disconnect Supervision needs to be turned on by both carrier and the BCM (under Line programming.
