I have a 80 station MICS with PRI and 7.1 software. The caller ID works on the MBTN when it is answered by the Vmail and the call is transfered. When a caller calls a DID number it does not display the ID till the call is answered or they pres F811. The customer wants it to appear when the call is ringing. I am pretty sure that I have had this on other customers but can not find it in programming.
They are also wanting me to increase the Inter digit timeout so they get more time to dial the phone number. I can not find this in the program either.
Thanks for your help in advance. Mark

Telco Feature per extension. You have to assign Number as a first choice instead of a Name set up by default. There is no adjustment for interdigit time. You can increase number of total digits instead.

Vad60 Regarding the caller ID. I had them make a change to one set to test and it appears to have not made adifference to make it name or number. under telco feature. Am I in the correct spot? What should it be set for?
Regarding increasing the total num,ber of digits. Were is that located?

Not Correct. :nono: To increase the Inter digit timeout so they get more time to dial the phone number, Change the Dial Timeout under Dialing Plan that is under System Programming.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
